4. Varishtha Guru (Monitoring and Planning)
Varishtha Guru supervise volunteers’ work, maintain discipline, and ensure everyone follows ashram rules and values and Prepare duty schedules for daily activities, events, and special programs to avoid confusion and ensure proper coverage.

5. Shreshtha Guru (Building a Strong Volunteer Community)
Shreshtha Guru create a sense of unity, devotion, and service among volunteers so they feel like part of a family and Maintain records of volunteer details, attendance, and contributions for better management.
