Sri Balaji Ashram ( Happy Family Foundation Education & Charitable Trust)
Sri Balaji Ashram is a religious and charitable spiritual organization. All donations received (whether monetary or in-kind) are treated as voluntary offerings (Donations / Charity) made with full faith and devotion towards Sri Balaji Ashram and/or towards various charitable and social activities conducted by the Foundation.

1. General Principle – No Refunds or Cancellations

As per the established religious tradition of India and the provisions applicable to religious and charitable trusts:
Once a donation (monetary or in-kind) is made and accepted by Sri Balaji Ashram, it becomes the absolute property of the Trust / Temple and is irrevocably merged into the divine treasury of Sri Balaji Ashram (H.F.F.E.C Trust).
Therefore, no refund, return, reversal, or cancellation of any donation is permissible under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Accidental or excess payment
Change of mind or personal circumstances
Technical errors in online payment gateways
Dissatisfaction with any event, or services
Non-receipt of prasad, receipt, or acknowledgment

2. Monetary Donations (Online, UPI, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Cash, etc.)

As per the established religious tradition of India and the provisions applicable to religious and charitable trusts:
All online donations made through the official website (www.sribalajiashram.com or any other portal), QR codes, bank accounts, or authorized payment links are final and non-refundable.
In case of technical duplication of payment, the donor must inform the Trust within 48 hours with proof. The Trust may, at its sole discretion (and only as a gesture of goodwill), consider crediting the excess amount towards future seva or issuing a fresh 80G receipt, but no cash/bank refund will be made.
Chargeback requests raised with banks or payment gateways will be contested by the Trust, as they violate this policy and religious tradition.

3. In-Kind Donations (Gold, Silver, Vehicles, Land, Clothes, Food, Animals, etc.)

All in-kind offerings, once handed over and accepted at Sri Balaji Ashram premises or by authorized representatives, become the irrevocable property of the Trust/Temple.
No return or exchange of any in-kind donation is possible under any circumstances.

4. Special Seva / Booking Amounts (VIP Darshan, Special Pooja, Accommodation, Annakut, etc.)

Amounts paid for specific sevas, events, or facilities are also treated as religious offerings and are non-refundable and non-transferable, even if the devotee is unable to avail the service due to any reason (health, travel issues, overcrowding, change in schedule, etc.).
No date change or postponement requests will be entertained after payment.

5. Acceptance of Policy

Donations eligible for 80G deduction are issued receipts as per Income Tax rules. Once a receipt is issued, the donation is deemed complete and final.
Please not no 80G receipt can be issued without submission of a Pan Card of the Doner.

6. Tax Benefits (80G)

By making any donation (monetary or in-kind) through any channel — online, offline, in person, or through representatives — the devotee unconditionally accepts this Refund and Cancellation Policy in totality.
We humbly request all devotees to donate only as much as they can offer with complete willingness and devotion, keeping in mind the irreversible nature of the donation
